4.19.11 - Walking. Move at a regular and fairly slow pace by lifting and setting down each foot in turn, never having both feet off the ground at once.

I walk everyday - and often in four inch heels. Tonight I put on some flat shoes (not sneakers) and walked for about a mile and a half. It was gorgeous outside and it was nice to have some alone time with my thoughts and some music.
