I have a so-called tween and I work incredibly hard to counteract the vast amounts of marketing that is specifically designed to appeal to her and her peers. It is stunning what is created to gain their dollars. Today it was announced that Walmart will soon be launching a tween make-up line. WHAT?? Be vigilant mommies and daddies! (end rant)
